Maggie Walker GS
Green Dragons
Gill’s first three years were spent piling up goals for the Green Dragons.
In her fourth year as a starter, Gill expanded her game. Yes, she still put in goals at an alarming rate, but she became more of a leader for the Central Region runner-up.
Defense, passing and intensity increased to match her hunger for putting in goals. Her classroom effort is the same, having being accepted early to William & Mary.
“Everyone’s really jealous that I’m done,” said Gill, the leading scorer in school history with 76, who got her second straight Legend of the Fall honor. “I thought I wanted to play [Division I field hockey], but it was too much time. I definitely want to keep playing though.”
